How long will it take to receive my order/goods?

Orders have a processing time of 1-2 business days, with an expected delivery of 5 -10 days. Once dispatched, an email will be sent containing the tracking number for the parcel.


How can I track my order?

We send all our parcels via Courier Post. These can be tracked at with the Tracking number mentioned on your invoice   


Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Do I need to create an account to shop with you?

No, new customers are able to checkout as a guest when shopping online with us. However, we recommend setting up an account as this will allow you to see previous orders and shop without having to fill in your details every time. Plus you can get benefits such as order tracking, the option of regular newsletter specials, and access to any promotions we might have in the future.

Postage Costs

Postage costs for returning items will be at your own expense. If your item is faulty please contact and we will arrange the return postage of your item/s

If an item/s is being exchanged for a different product, shipping fees and restocking fees for the exchange may be waived.
